"Didn’t hold up, unfortunately"
I was disappointed with this, lol. It started falling apart way sooner than I expected, and it looked kind of cheap in person too. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"I really wanted to like it..."
I really wanted to like it, but for the price I was expecting something that felt a lot nicer. The little details kind of bugged me too, like the finish didn’t look super clean up close and it just had that slightly cheap feel when I actually handled it. Nothing was terrible exactly, but it all felt average for what they’re charging. I’m sure I could find something really similar somewhere else for less, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Return process kept dragging on"
I ordered from Iconix and ended up needing to return it. the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. Every time I thought I had done what they asked, there was another step or some new detail, like the goalposts kept moving. My refund also took longer than I expected. Customer service did respond, but the answers weren’t especially helpful. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to order from them again.

"Sizing was way off and I felt ignored"
The fit was really weird on me, and the size ran much smaller than expected. I tried explaining the issue, but it felt like nobody actually read my message

"Checkout Nearly Sent Me Over the Edge"
I tried ordering from Iconix the checkout process felt like a full-blown endurance test. The site kept freezing right when I was trying to pay, and I had to type in my info twice, which made me question every life choice that led me there.
After I finally paid, I didn’t even get a clear confirmation, just some vague email that left me wondering if my order actually existed or had vanished into the internet abyss. Super frustrating, and I’m not exactly rushing to put myself through that chaos again.

In the end, my question got fixed without any hassle. I reached out when I needed help, and they replied really quickly, which made the whole thing super easy

"Still figuring out how I feel about it"
I’ve been using it a little bit it seems fine so far. Nothing amazing, but not bad either. Part of me is like, yeah, this is decent, and then another part of me is weirdly unsure because I haven’t used it enough yet. So for now I’d say it’s okay, maybe even good? I don’t know, we’ll see.

I ordered this about three weeks ago because I really wanted it in time for a small get-together with my family, but it still hasn’t arrived. I also haven’t gotten any updates, which is frustrating. At this point, I’m just left wondering what’s going on.
